By using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions: |

| 1. | This website and our services are for the use of tutees seeking tuition from The Smarter Group Tuition Centre. |
| 2. | We welcome enquiries from new and existing tutees and or their parents about our services. We also welcome enquiries from tutee referral services who wish to use our tuition services. |
| 3. | Enquiries from potential tutors who may be interesting in working with The Smarter Group Tuition Centre are also welcome. There is no charge or obligation from such enquiries by tutees, their parents or tutors. |
| 4. | We do not, under any circumstances, welcome speculative contact by businesses with whom we do not have an established relationship. |
| 5. | If you are a business or an individual who is not a tutee, tutee parent or tutor or a tutee referral service, we will charge you £500.00 for each and every contact that we receive from you, by any means, either directly or through third parties and or agencies. By sending such communications to us you agree to these terms. |
| 6. | If you are a business seeking to establish a business relationship with us, then you may send us one single communication by Royal Mail only. If we do not respond to this communication, then you agree never to contact us again. If you or your agents do contact us, even if we have not responded to you, then clause 5 will apply to your further communications and by sending such communications, you agree to these terms and conditions. |
| 7. | Smarter Group Tuition Centre website does not use cookies nor do we retain any of your data. Mylivechat retain records of all chats. If you do not agree to this, please do not use the chat facility. |
